After a horrible experience with a different company, I hired Waterloo for regular maintenance and to complete a couple of small jobs. Wow! Working with them has been a dream. Every time I go into my backyard, I am amazed at what we have… and I remind myself that Marian’s design is what made it all happen. Working with her was a wonderful experience, and she advised us on many topics to create very functional and visual areas that we love to enjoy on a daily basis. I highly recommend her design and builds for a deck, front yard, fire pit, gardens, or anything you can think of, but are too nervous to do by yourself. She responds very quickly and is very attentive to the needs of her clients. Waterloo also was very friendly and open to our details, and I can’t think of really anything that wasn’t done to perfection. We made a great decision by hiring Waterloo and I heartily recommend them.

Waterloo Outdoor Design Build did a fabulous job transforming my property at a reasonable price. They aren't the cheapest, nor the most expensive; however, they were very reasonable considering all the work that was performed. The design that was put together by Marian Mayer was spot on! One just has to clearly communicate with her what the overall desires are, and she can magically put together a virtual simulation for review before work even starts! This awesome process afforded the opportunity for my wife and I to "see" the final product and initiate some changes before wasting time and money on having work redone. So far, we are very pleased with the work, and the additional insight that Ms. Mayer incorporated in the design with respect to types of hardy plants and their placement looks great with the added benefit of saving money on our water bill! A big THANKS goes out to the entire crew at Waterloo Outdoor Design Build, for being professional, courteous, and respectful of our neighbors while work was being performed.

Waterloo helped me see the possibilities for my boring yard, and they can do the hard work that I simply couldn't imagine and can't do myself.
